How do you prevent chocolate from melting during shipping?
During warmer months, we utilize insulated thermal mailers and cold packs for orders. We recommend tracking your package closely to ensure it is brought indoors immediately upon delivery.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of chocolate, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or if there is an error, please contact our support team within 7 days for a replacement or refund.
